At toyscitys, we want you to be happy with your order. Should you wish to return something, we aim to make the process as clear and simple as possible.

1. General

By placing an order with lustmaison Naturals, you agree to the terms and conditions of this return policy. Our goal is to ensure returns run smoothly, within the framework of the law and with respect for hygiene and product safety.

2. Statutory right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. This period begins on the day after you (or a person designated by you) have received the product.

3. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

· Hygiene products whose seal has been opened (such as food supplements, capsules, tablets, and powders). • Products that are custom-made or made according to your specific wishes.

• Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned (such as perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life).

4. Return Conditions

• Returns must always be registered in advance via info@nuvenanaturals.nl.

• After registration, you will receive the correct return address and instructions from us.

• Products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

• Include photos showing that the product is unused and the seal is intact.

• Returns without prior registration are not eligible for a refund.

• The return shipment must arrive at our return address within 14 days of registration.

5. How do I return?

1. Send an email to info@nuvenanaturals.nl with your order number, name, reason for return, and photos of the product.

2. Receive the official return address and packing and shipping instructions from us.

3. Pack the item securely and completely (all parts, labels, and original packaging).

4. Ship with track & trace and keep the shipping receipt.

6. Costs and risks

· The shipping costs for returns are at the customer's expense.

· Ensure sufficient postage; packages with insufficient postage will not be accepted.

· We are not liable for loss, damage, or theft during return transport. 7. Inspection and refund

· After receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days via the original payment method.

· If the product does not meet the return conditions, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund. You can then choose to have the item returned at your own expense.

8. Damaged or incorrect delivery

Did you receive a damaged or incorrect product? Report this within 72 hours via in fo xingyunliuanqi@gamil.com with clear photos of:

· The product

· The packaging

· The shipping label

We will look for a suitable solution together, such as replacement or refund.

9. Return address

All returns are processed via our warehouse. You will receive the exact address after registering your return.
